Returns

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

Cancellations
